How do I persuade my dad online shopping is beneficial?

He is concerned with the safety of his financial details when shopping. What safe ways are there of shopping online?
Shop with retailers that he is familiar with. Perhaps start with ordering a pizza online. haha. Seriously. When he sees that works maybe he’ll soften up to the idea.
Maybe you should order something small online, such as a dvd. Have him there to watch you do it. When it arrives he’ll probably be amazed. Hopefully he’ll realize how convenient it is and change his tune.
By the way, online shopping is a lifesaver!

Shop with known retailers, every large chain has a store online, and Ebay is good too. Show him the prices, that should pursuade him.

show him a very good deal online, just have him take a look at the selection and the lower prices. I assure you it won’t take him long to catch on!
