I will buy it online. But first, I will go to the mall to check the product, to see the real product.
Then come back home, search internet, if it’s cheap, then I will place an order online.
The products from http://www.jibuy.cn (provided by poster) seem very cheap.

   I would want to buy one from a camera shop, where I have a real live person to talk to, explain it to me. Also if anything goes wrong I want to be able to take it back in to them.

   if you dont know these tools pay the extra $50+ to get "advise" – (when i sold cameras the best ones were the brands that gave us rewards, however I always sold ones with great lenses cause thats the number 1 thing to consider after price range) and buy retail

   At this point, I buy everything on-line. When it got so that I knew enough about the equpiment than my local retailer that he was asking me questions, I decided it was time to make the move to on-line buying. The added price you pay for getting advice is well-worth it if you need that advice.

   The advantage to shopping in a mall is that you can pick up the camera and see what it feels like. I feel no loyalty to a camera department in a big-box store, so I feel no guilt if I look at a camera there and then buy it for 5-15% cheaper on-line. I feel slight guilt about not patronizing my local shop, but he no longer fills my needs. I continue to send people there, though.
